Procesador de alimentos Artisan kitchenaid

Tiene un precio elevado ya que no tiene suficientes herramientas de corte, quise comprar algunas cuchillas mas y me dicen en Kitchenaid que solo hay las que trae el producto.
Al hacer los zumos el eje se calienta bastante hasta el punto de quemar.
El exprimidor de zumos bastante malo, la caja que trae para meter todos los accesorios viene para meter todos menos la base de hacer los zumos.

Me encanta

Tengo ya varios aparatos y accesorios de KitchenAid y ninguno me ha defraudado, sino todo lo contrario. El procesador en particular, todavía no lo he usado todo lo que me gustaría pero de momento lo que he hecho con él me ha ido genial. No me gustan las mandolinas por no tener las cuchillas tan “a mano” y este procesador cumple la función perfectamente. Además, hay algunas cosas que la Thermomix en capacidad se me queda corta, como hacer un gazpacho para 6 personas, y ahora el procesador tiene más capacidad y la fuerza para triturar igual que la Thermomix, con lo cual, problema resuelto. Muy fácil de limpiar, algunas veces son bastantes cosas las que hay que limpiar, pero es fácil. Muy contenta con la compra y con el servicio de Claudia&Julia que siempre es de 10.

Muy buen producto.

La abertura tan ancha es muy práctica para procesar alimentos gruesos. El cortador de cubitos, al principio me resultó muy engorroso de montar y desmontar. Corta muy bien. Muy contenta por adquirirlo.

Casi perfecta

El robot en general funciona muy bien, pero tiene algunos accesorios que se tendrían que mejorar.
El cortador de patatas es fantástico, corta patatas para 5 en menos de 1 minuto.
Lamina y raya cualquier verdura, pica carne, hace mahonesa, sorbetes de frutas,... todo muy rápido.
Para exprimir naranjas tienes que apretar muchísimo, no creo que lo vaya a utilizar.
El accesorio de hacer taquitos me ha defraudado, hace taquitos de cosas duras, como patatas y calabacín, pero con la cebolla y el tomate no va nada bien, lo destroza todo y lo deja entre el espacio entre la tapa y la cuchilla.
Viene con tres bols, uno dentro de otro, pero para utilizar los pequeños , siempre tienes que poner antes los grandes, y a veces se ensucian todos.
En resumen, la máquina tiene potencia y rapidez, pero no funciona lo perfecto que me esperaba con algunos accesorios. Aún así estoy contenta con ella.
