The Gefu Filio kitchen twine dispenser is ideal for preparing all types of recipes in which the shape of the food must be fixed.
It is the perfect kitchen twine for cooking meat rolls or stuffed roasts. The kitchen twine ensures that the perfect shape is maintained throughout cooking.
This dispenser has 50 m of thread , with a built-in cutter and is tear-resistant. It is resistant up to 175ºC. It is food-safe and tasteless.
The dispenser has a cutting device , and the cord is made of cotton.
NOTE: You can tie the thread in knots, it is certainly the easiest way - to tie ties around the piece of food. But if you want to "sew" the meat or fish, going through the skin, you will need a kitchen needle, which you can find here .
