Sí, pero....

El rallador, perfecto para productos que no contengan agua, frutos secos, por ejemplo, pero para jenjibre y rábanos, los licua demasiado.

El jengibre y ajo hechos puré

Pues eso,tanto el ajo como el jengibre en unos segundos hechos puré, yo antes usaba el rallador de cítricos para el jengibre pero es una textura distinta la de este rallador. Se limpia fenomenal bajo el agua. La única pega es que me cuesta quitar el producto que queda entre los pinchos ralladores . Para usar en mezclas que requieran que quede puré y no quieras encontrar ralladura va fenomenal.
