Considered one of the best truffle oils on the market by many specialized magazines, the Italian oil "ORO EN CUCINA" is ideal for giving an intense and unique flavor, perfect for enhancing many dishes: salads, pasta, rice, carpaccios, meats, mashed potatoes, cheeses, eggs, or to add a different touch to certain appetizers.
The virgin olive oil used is produced from an ancient mill on Lake Trasimeno, and its harvest is done manually with much of the process maintaining traditional processing techniques, ensuring a very high-quality oil. It has a complex aroma, a blend of fresh vegetables and flowers, almonds, and fruits. Its flavor is fruity and delicate. All these characteristics make it an ideal oil to pair with the flavor and taste of white and black truffles.
