Emile Henry surprises us once again with a new utensil for baking our own bread at home. This time, it's a ceramic piece measuring 39 x 24 cm, ideal for baking three delicious, crispy baguettes or several mini baguettes or rolls (two or three in each cavity, depending on how long you shape the dough) with all the flavor of freshly baked bread at home.

The baguette oven is designed for perfect baking thanks to the lid, which creates the right level of humidity and has holes to allow carbon dioxide to escape during baking. By recreating the same conditions as a traditional oven, you'll achieve the thin, crispy crust so characteristic of authentic French baguettes.

Plus, with the Emile Henry baguette oven, you can also make pastries! Absolutely: the oven is made with the same ceramic that Emile Henry uses for their pie dishes and so many other things, but in the shape of a baguette oven. So, if you want, for example, to lay out puff pastry lengthwise, or shortcrust pastry, and fill those doughs with something (from cream to fruit, chocolate... or make a savory filling) you can do it without any problem, and the baking will be excellent! Or you can use sponge cake batter and make some cakes in a long shape, or brioches, and decorate them elegantly or creatively on top.

NOTE: This product comes in a standard, plain brown box without decorations. It is not a class B or refurbished product; it is a newly manufactured product from the Emile Henry factory, packed in special packaging for online stores to ensure safe transport for the pieces of the Set. It's not a fancy box, but we guarantee it will arrive 100% safe!
