With an infinite number of uses, especially in sweet recipes and to enjoy breakfasts and snacks, dulce de leche is a delicious caramelised milk, typical of Latin American countries, but its use has spread enormously in recent years.
It is used in confectionery, in cakes and pies, and also as a filling for crepes, in ice cream or pancakes and simply to spread on bread, and eat it as if it were a cocoa cream.
Dulce de leche Havanna is the most popular regional flavour in Argentina, the classic as far as dulce de leche is concerned. It comes in a 450 g glass jar.

- Ingredients: water, sugar, whole milk powder (22%), glucose and fructose syrup, skimmed milk powder (7%), natural flavouring (vanilla).
Avoid sudden changes in temperature and once opened, store in the fridge.
History of Havanna
Havanna was born in 1948 in the Argentine city of Mar de Plata, and is currently the leading Argentine company in artisan confectionery.
