The Bérard Olive Wood Spoon is an essential tool in the kitchen to help you prepare your best dishes. This wooden spoon has a generous length and at 30 cm long you will find it very comfortable to use. In its two versions it has an ideal design for stirring and mixing and, with the corner model, you will have a luxury helper to reach all the nooks and crannies of your pots and pans.
Olive wood is ideal for use in the kitchen due to its high hardness and low porosity , which gives it antibacterial properties. It is one of the woods that is most resistant to stains and odours . It does not require special care, although it is recommended to wash it by hand and let it dry in a vertical position. To keep the wood looking like new and prevent it from drying out excessively, it is advisable to occasionally apply vegetable oil.
The Olive Wood Spoon is available in two formats :
- Stewing spoon , pointed end.
- Corner spoon , slightly asymmetrical, with one angled end.
