The removable square mould is ideal for making all kinds of cakes and biscuits with the most beautiful results. As it is removable, it will allow you to unmould and perfectly present your cakes with hard doughs (such as shortcrust pastry or puff pastry), or unmould your quiches and frittatas with perfect results.
The tall rectangular mould is ideal for making brioches, braids, savoury and sweet cakes, croquettes, biscuits, sliced bread... It is extremely versatile.
The high-sided square pan is the most practical for biscuits, but you will also use it if you want to even roast vegetables and meat in the oven.
