In addition to being ideal for cooking on all types of stoves, including induction, you can also use it in the oven . Made of 18/10 stainless steel , it is robust, but light and very manageable. Its wide, large diameter diffuser bottom makes it an ideal pan for achieving great use of heat , which will mean lower energy consumption and faster cooking.

Me parece súper buena! Hay que saber usarla para que no se pegue. Hay muchos vídeos por YouTube y usándola a baja temperatura queda la comida genial. El pescado aún no le he pillado el punto, pero la verdura y la carne muy bien!

Sin ser la mayor alta gama es una sartén que provee diferentes atributos que no desmerecen su precio. Si quieres una sartén inox a buen precio sin duda ésta es la que buscas

Muy contento!

Me gusta mucho mi nueva sartén de acero inox. Hay que aprender a usarla pero la segunda vez ya me freí un huevo sin que se pegara absolutamente nada. También el borde hace que al echar salsa de la sartén a un plato, no se derrame nada ni caigan gotas por la sartén. Esto es lo que me sorprendió, las ventajas de la acero inox ya son conocidas (se puede "maltratar" con utensilios metálicos, raspar para fregar y cocinar sin que se liberen componentes toxicos a la comida!
