The Sage Barista PRO manual coffee machine combines precision and speed so you can prepare your favourite coffee without waiting and with the same flavour and aroma in every cup . It grinds the beans, heats the water and extracts the coffee by default or by customising the settings to your taste, just like a real barista!

Its LCD screen shows the progress of grinding and extraction at all times and its intuitive interface provides you with all the necessary information so you can prepare the coffee to your liking, always and exactly how you like it.

Making a coffee with the Sage Barista PRO is this simple:

• Grind the necessary amount of coffee directly onto the filter with a single touch and choosing from its 30 grinding programs .
  
• Use the press to compact it and adjust the dose with the leveler (or razor ).
  
• Place the filter holder in the coffee machine and select one of the programs for extracting coffee or customize the settings to make the coffee to your liking.
• In 3 seconds the coffee will start to be extracted with the optimal pressure, once it reaches the optimal temperature thanks to the ThermoJet® system.
• The pressure will gradually increase to extract all the flavours evenly and obtain a coffee with a balanced flavour, while you can follow the entire process on the screen.
• Adjust the steamer and place the jug with the milk until you get the microfoam with the texture you like, for a delicious latte.
• Or if you prefer an American, it has an exclusive hot water outlet .
