Beautiful, compact, and very easy to handle, the Thermic Luigi Bormioli round glass oil and vinegar bottle is a dispenser bottle ideal for storing and serving all kinds of oils and vinegars. The oil bottle is handmade in Italy from double-walled thermal borosilicate glass, making it perfect for keeping the contents in excellent condition for longer. This makes it an ideal bottle for storing vinegar or infused oil while preserving and extending their organoleptic qualities. And it is also a beautiful piece, worthy of pride of place on the table.
With a capacity of 250 ml, this glass oil or vinegar bottle is ideal for everyday use, both in the kitchen and at the table. The glass gives it an elegant presence and also makes it easy to see at a glance how much oil or vinegar is left inside.
Made from borosilicate glass, it is lead-free. In addition, it does not alter flavors or aromas, is easy to clean, and offers excellent transparency. Its drip-free pouring spout makes serving easier and more precise, preventing drips.
Note: The oil bottle is handmade from double-walled glass. During manufacturing, a small hole is left in the outer base to draw out the air. Once the air has been drawn out, a drop of glass is applied to seal it. That drop leaves a mark similar to a small screw on the base, so that raised point is not a defect.
The story of the Bormioli family is one of a passion for glass that has endured for generations. It all began in 1825 (over 100 years ago!), when Bormioli Rocco established its first glassworks in Fidenza, Parma, a region known for its rich history and artisanal tradition. Over time, the brand became a benchmark in the manufacture of high-quality table glass, giving life in 1976 to its most iconic product: the "Quattro Stagioni" jar, the first domestic jar suitable for pasteurization, a kitchen essential worldwide (a name that today is as popular in Italy as lollipops are among kids).
Meanwhile, in 1946, in the same historic Parma, Luigi Bormioli was born, a brand that further elevated the art of glass by combining Italian artisanal tradition with the most advanced technology to offer pieces of exceptional design. In 2017, both brands united their legacy under Luigi Bormioli, establishing themselves as a global reference in glassware, exporting to more than 100 countries and keeping alive their commitment to innovation, quality, and elegance.
