The Zwilling Fresh&Save Vacuum Pump is ideal for vacuum packing your food in a practical and simple way. You just have to press the button and wait for it to suck all the air. In a few seconds your food will be hermetically vacuum packed. With no wires or plugs, this new canner is the bomb!
The Fresh&Save vacuum system is so small that you can store it in a drawer or in the pocket of your French apron, but its design is nice to see. It's quiet and cordless, and its long-lasting lithium-ion battery charges via USB cable.
How the Fresh&Save vacuum pump works:
- Attach the pump to the valve on the lid of storage containers or vacuum preservation bags.
- Press the button for the pump to draw air out of vacuum bags or storage containers.
- In just a few seconds you will reach the correct vacuum in the container or bag and the pump will stop automatically.
Vacuum-sealed food preservation allows you to prolong the life of food, keeping it fresh up to five times longer compared to conventional methods.
