It's recommended to wash the coffee maker by hand, but don't worry – it's very easy to clean, even the safety valve can be restored to like-new condition with minimal effort.

You can use the Moka Express by Bialetti on any heat source except induction hobs. If you have one, you’ll need the Bialetti induction plate adapter and you’ll be good to go.
