This great accessory for the Ankarsrum mixer is practical, has a generous capacity of 1.5 liters and, thanks to its ergonomic handle , is very comfortable to hold. The jug is lightweight and is made of tritan plastic , which makes it unbreakable and completely BPA-free.
The jar has a lid and a spatula, perfect for stirring and removing ingredients if they stick to the sides of the jar. You can prepare all kinds of creams and sauces, such as hummus, pesto, or a wonderful muhammara, ideal for a very varied appetizer.
The capacity of the glass is 1.5 liters , but you must take into account not to exceed the quantity of 1.3 liters to make your smoothies or blend the creams.
