Bérard wooden spatulas are handmade, crafted artisanally, so each spatula is a unique piece. This may cause slight variations in length.
Olive wood is ideal for kitchen use, as it has antibacterial properties and is highly resistant to stains and odors. It does not require special care, although it is recommended to wash it by hand and let it dry in a vertical position. To keep the wood like new and prevent it from drying out excessively, it is advisable to occasionally apply vegetable oil.
