BRA Efficient Wok

The Efficient wok combines efficiency and quality for intensive cooking use with the best results, and the convenience of a non-stick wok, designed so that nothing sticks.

Due to its shape, in addition to using it as a wok, it can be used as a frying pan or concave saucepan to prevent splashing.

Wok cooking will allow you to quickly seal, preserving all the flavour, and you can also steam your recipes thanks to the included rack and lid.

It is a robust and durable wok, thanks to its body made of cast aluminum and the quality of its PFOA-free Platinum Plus non-stick coating.

It is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for perfect cooking of all your recipes.

Includes two orange silicone handles to hold the wok safely and a rack for steaming.

As a saucepan, you can use it in the oven if you want (without the handles) up to 180º.
