The Grand Gourmet kitchen knives are individually laser-measured to determine the optimal sharpening angle for each piece. Traditionally forged from a single piece, the blades are robot-sharpened until they achieve an unparalleled edge that provides precise cutting and long-lasting performance.
Designed by Makio Hasuike, an award-winning designer behind WMF's Grand Gourmet collection, and manufactured to the highest standards of quality and functionality, these knives are indispensable cutting tools that no kitchen should be without.
Their ergonomic handle is made of Cromargan stainless steel®18/10, offering a comfortable and secure grip. The bolster provides perfect balance to the knives, while acting as a safety barrier to protect your fingers while cutting.
