• “Cookstar®” encapsulated base, exclusive to Fissler and energy efficient . This base incorporates a 6mm thick aluminium disc that is encapsulated inside, between the base and the body, and promotes rapid, even heating throughout the pan.
• Great energy savings, due to the rapid absorption, distribution and storage of heat . The absence of air inside the diffuser base allows for much faster, more even and efficient heating . Once the optimum cooking temperature has been reached, you can lower the heat to the minimum setting to cook, as the temperature is maintained. This also means lower energy consumption.
