How does it work?

1. Place the lettuce in the basket inside the centrifuge, cover it and press the button two or three times.
2. The basket will rotate, removing excess liquid.
3. When you see your lettuce dry, stop the process using the small round black button on the lid.
4. Uncover the salad bowl and empty the liquid into the sink.
5. All that's left to do is season it and voila ! Ready to enjoy.
6. If when you open it you feel that your salad is still not dry enough, repeat the steps.
