Guérande grey salt is still hand-harvested using wooden tools to preserve the salt's organoleptic properties, resulting in an extraordinary sea salt.
By mixing the salt with pieces of white truffle from Alba (Tuber magnatum Pico), we create a truly versatile seasoning that you can use in both cold and hot dishes throughout the year: pasta, risottos, eggs, omelets, steak cuts or entrecôtes, carpaccios, tartares, baked potatoes or purées, vegetables, sushi, or foie gras. The applications are truly numerous, and the dish’s quality is elevated by this unique salt and the aroma of the truffle.
