It is an ideal spatula to use with your frying pans, pots, saucepans or saucepans, without damaging their interior. Its high-quality silicone helps you move food without scratching it and its width is perfect for being able to pick it up from the pan and serve it on the plate with total comfort and being able to drain it perfectly, thanks to the grooves that prevent the accumulation of oil or liquids on the spatula. It is also perfect for turning delicate pieces, such as grilled fish fillets or slices or vegetables that you want to roast in the oven, as well as for stirring what you are cooking, even the potatoes you fry for your omelette. Without damaging the food and keeping your cookware as good as new.
The most important properties of silicone are its temperature resistance (it can be used at minus 40 degrees and up to 220ºC), it has a long shelf life, it is odourless, tasteless and non-corrosive . It is completely suitable for both food and medical use.
The final part of the handle is made of beech wood treated with anti-humidity and the wooden handle and the blade are joined by a stainless steel tube.
