Features of the Perfect Plus pot

This pot, which is the model before the one launched in 2023 by WMF, has the following characteristics:

• The cooking indicator has two levels plus the residual pressure level. The two pressure cooking levels are:
• Up to 110°C (first orange ring), for tender vegetables, fish, poultry
• Up to 119°C (second orange ring), for hard foods and meats.
• As soon as the cooking indicator reaches the desired ring, lower the heat and start counting the cooking time.
• Once the cooking time has elapsed, the pot can only be opened when there is no more pressure inside.
• The pressure cooker has several safety systems such as residual pressure insurance .
• Set with two pots of two different capacities that you can use with the same lid: a 4.5 L body and a 3 L body.
