This pan stands out for its extreme durability, its exceptional ceramic coating reinforced with diamond particles and the efficient heat distribution of its body made of hard-anodized aluminum.

You can saute, brown, fry, cook on the griddle, make sauces, do gentle cooking, and also roast in the oven or broil. Wonderful! It's a frying pan perfect for everyday use and very easy to use thanks to its excellent non-stick performance. Its reinforced ceramic coating and PFAS-, lead- and cadmium-free helps food glide easily with just a little oil.

The body of hard-anodized aluminum heats up faster and more evenly, so cooking is more even than with traditional aluminum. In addition, its surface is durable and designed to offer up to 35% more cooking space.

The wide, sturdy diffuser base provides excellent efficiency on all types of cooktops.
