With the De Buyer Polypropylene Pastry Ribbon you have 10 meters of acetate tape so you can prepare your cold, sweet or savory recipes, giving them a professional finish.
Ideal for your mousses, jellies, cold or frozen cakes or even for the plating of your party dishes, cut the length you need and place it inside the mould, attached to its walls, before pouring the mixture of your recipe.
Once cool, unmold and carefully remove the tape for a clean finish, as perfect as pastry. De Buyer's polypropylene roll is available in two formats with different heights, so you can use them with any of your moulds:
Claudia's tip: To keep the acetate tape in the mold without moving, use a little butter spread over several spots. This will fix it to the walls of the mold and you will be able to pour the mixture comfortably.
