The Set of WMF basket and rack is the ideal accessory for healthy steam cooking. It has been designed for use with WMF pressure cookers (for record-time steaming), but you can also use it in woks, roasting pans, and other pots you have at home, with a diameter of 22cm or more.
This Set is suitable for all WMF pressure cookers:
It is very simple to use. Just add a finger of water to the pot (or the amount indicated in your recipe), place the rack inside the pot, and then place the food basket with the ingredients inside on top.
You can also place bowls or flan molds directly in the basket to steam flans, cakes, rice, and more...
It is made of Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel and the size of the basket is 20 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height.
