Features of the Perfect Plus pot

This pot, which is the previous model to the one launched in 2023 by WMF, has the following characteristics:

• The cooking indicator has two levels plus the residual pressure level. The two pressure cooking levels are:
• Up to 110°C (first orange ring), for tender vegetables, fish, poultry
• Up to 119°C (second orange ring), for hard foods and meats.
• As soon as the cooking indicator reaches the desired ring, the heat is lowered and the cooking time begins to count.
• Once the cooking time has elapsed, the pot can only be opened when there is no more pressure inside.
• The pressure cooker has several safety systems such as the residual pressure safety lock .
• Set of two pots with two different capacities that you can use with the same lid: one 8.5 L body and one 4.5 L body.
• All WMF pressure cookers are made of 18/10 Cromargan stainless steel , a type of alloy patented by WMF, which makes them more robust, more scratch-resistant and easier to care for.
• With TransTherm® base suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
