With the Zwilling sous-vide wand you can cook at low temperature vacuum-sealed at home, easily, conveniently, and with results like those of the best chefs. This small cooker offers you precise temperature control during cooking without having to watch the stove, delivering great flavor and tender, soft, and very juicy textures.
The Zwilling vacuum cooking wand is an immersion circulator, a small appliance that allows cooking in a water bath, inside a container with water at a precise temperature, any vacuum-sealed food.

The heating element is responsible for heating the water to the temperature set on the thermostat, which ranges from 0 °C to 90 °C. The circulator is a kind of fan that keeps the water moving constantly, ensuring a homogeneous temperature. The clamp allows the wand to be attached to the pot, saucepan, or container.
With the Zwilling sous-vide wand you don’t need anything else to cook your recipes with results so tender and juicy they will make your mouth water. Tengo otra, de otra marca. Y, esta es más silenciosa y efectiva. El único pero, es que no viene recomendada la olla perfecta para ella. He visto una tapa aunque no estaba descrito para que diámetro de olla era. Así que me quedé coja en ese aspecto.
