The Nordic Ware Mini Angel Food Mold is a cast aluminum mold with non-stick coating, ideal for making 6 Angel Food minis .
Nordic Ware moulds are wonderful moulds, highly appreciated by baking lovers, due to their high manufacturing quality, careful design and excellent baking of cakes and biscuits.
Characteristics:
- Capacity: 6 cups (approx. 1.4 liters)
- Mold measurements: 36.5 cm x 24.5 cm x 5 cm
- Measurements of each cavity: 9 cm x 5 cm
- It is also ideal for use to prepare cold desserts, such as flans or mini panna cotas.

To keep it always in perfect condition, it is not recommended to leave it soaking.
- Its non-stick particles are completely free of toxins and it is totally healthy.
NOTE: Much of the manufacturing process of bundt moulds is done by hand, which can cause some small imperfections (usually on the outside).
