Beautiful and effective, the Bérard manual lemon squeezer is made from olive wood to extract juice from lemons, oranges, limes... As its name suggests, it presses citrus fruits, making it a perfect squeezer that extracts every last drop contained in the fibers of any citrus.
With a comfortable grip handle and strong hold, the Bérard lemon squeezer features a tip specially designed to penetrate the lemon effectively, squeezing all the fibers of the citrus and thus obtaining the maximum possible juice yield.
It is one of the fastest and most practical to use and very easy to store. Additionally, olive wood is ideal for kitchen use as it has antibacterial properties and its wood is among the most resistant to stains and odors. It requires no special care, although hand washing and drying it in a vertical position is recommended. To keep the wood like new and prevent it from drying out excessively, it is advisable to occasionally apply vegetable oil.
