Its construction combines an elegant handle made of acacia wood with a sharp and effective double stainless steel blade.

This small kitchen utensil features two differently designed blades on the stainless steel blade:

  • Fine grating blade or zester. These are the small, sharp holes located at the top of the blade. With this blade, you can grate citrus peel, getting very thin, long julienne-style strips without grating the albedo or white part of the fruit.
