Set of two Emile Henry ceramic ramekins, 9cm in diameter and 5.5cm in height. They are ideal for cooking and serving desserts, sauces, or appetizers directly from the oven to the table.

In small portions, size and volume are particularly important for perfect cooking or to avoid having more sauce than you will use.

Cooking is even and does not dry out the edges, thanks to HR (High Resistance) ceramic. The high resistance of Emile Henry glazes protects your ramekin against scratches, bumps, and allows you to wash it regularly in the dishwasher without risk of damage.

The history of Emile Henry

Emile Henry is a highly reputable French company, family-owned with 75 years of history, manufacturing high-quality ceramic kitchenware with a 10-year warranty since 1850.

With great international prestige, it is currently present in more than 50 countries and is recognized for its elegant and delicate designs, perfectly combining tradition, French savoir faire and functionality in the most beautiful pieces.

Its delicate artisanal manufacturing process is based on the use of Burgundy clay fired at over 2000 ºC, to which a natural finishing glaze is then applied by hand.

Want a fun fact? All pieces are handmade, one by one, in a highly careful artisanal process. And each piece is signed by the artisan who makes it on the underside back (the part of the base that is not visible), conveying the love put into each one!
