Bio Tellier release spray

The Tellier Bio Release Spray is ideal for use in your baking and pastry recipes as well as for everyday cooking. The release spray is the ideal substitute for butter or oil when using it on your utensils to prevent the dough from sticking to the mould, as well as having other uses that make it very useful!

Uses of mold release spray

With its 250 ml , this organic oil spray is perfect for spraying on all types of:

Even in moulds with sharp corners and lots of details! This makes it a perfect spray for easily unmolding bundt cakes and is also ideal for use in muffin moulds, baking trays for sponge cakes, ceramic cake moulds, stainless steel moulds...

Take advantage of the benefits of release spray! It is very easy to apply, without the need to use other oils or butter, obtaining great results when removing the cake from the mould.

Using spray in everyday cooking

Bio Tellier spray is a spray made from certified organic rapeseed oil, so you can use it without any problems for cooking. Spray it lightly on meat, fish or vegetables before putting them in the pan or on the grill. This will give you an even layer of oil, preventing food from sticking to the pan and grill.

Using spray in your oven and oil-free fryer

Air fryers require minimal oil; you only need to apply a tablespoon of oil spread over the food. But instead of applying that tablespoon of oil, you can perfectly use Tellier spray. It will be applied evenly throughout the food, and since it is oil-based, you are guaranteed perfect cooking in the fryer.
