With the Vitalis KitchenMinis WMF steamer you can cook in the healthiest way, preserving all the nutrients and flavors of the food. Made of 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel, it is completely neutral to flavors and very hygienic and easy to clean.
It has two cooking zones, each with a capacity of 2.15 liters, separated to avoid mixing foods or flavors. The water reservoir, with a capacity of 1.1 liters, can be refilled externally, and it also allows refilling while the steamer is operating.
Its operation is very simple, you just need to fill it with water or even broth, if you prefer to add more flavor to the cooking, and place the food on the steamer rack. The glass lid creates an airtight seal for efficient cooking, and the thermometer integrated into the steamer controls the cooking of the food.
