The Le Creuset Stoneware Fluted Flan Dish for tarts, quiches and pies. It is one of the brand's flagship products in the baking area: low, with perfect, sinuous undulations and a white enamelled interior. It is an elegant mould, suitable for all occasions and a beautiful piece.
It's a robust, thick, well-finished ceramic piece, in which you can bake both sweet and savoury pies: from pies apple shortcrust pastry or flaky pies, desserts, empanadas, cereal bars or cakes and delicious quiches.
Its non-porous glaze does not retain odours, so when you are not baking in it, it will be an ideal dish to bring a salad or fruit to the table, or to use as a beautiful tray to serve coffee or tea.
- The stoneware ceramic is suitable for cooking or heating in the oven or microwave, as well as for use in the freezer and keeps both hot and cold.
- The ceramic is resistant to the small knocks that occur in the kitchen and tolerates temperatures from -23°C to 260°C.
- Its enamelled surface does not stain or absorb odours, and is very easy to clean, even in the dishwasher.
The quality of the ceramic, its homogeneous thickness throughout the piece and its enamelled interior ensure perfect baking. You will be able to present your cake on the table directly in the mould, so that it looks much better, and make the portions without fear and without taking it out of the mould, as it does not scratch if you cut into it.
The Le Creuset Stoneware Fluted Flan Dish is available in two formats:
