To make nougat, prepare the mixture and pour it into the molds, pressing and covering them with plastic wrap before placing them in the fridge. After unmolding the nougat, the mold comes out almost clean, but it's important to wash it under the tap, never in the dishwasher, so it doesn't lose its shape (prolonged high temperatures would deform it).

They are fully reusable molds—you'll be able to make a thousand and one homemade nougats!
