Knife designed exclusively for opening oysters and shellfish by Opinel. Made of bubinga wood to resist humidity, it has a 6.5cm stainless steel blade sharpened only at the tip to easily open oysters and any type of shellfish.
Opinel’s story
More than 120 years ago, Joseph Opinel created the popular knife that bears his name in the small village of Albiez-le-Vieux, in the heart of the French Alps. Today, his descendants continue to manufacture simple, robust and precise utensils in Chambery, using top-quality materials and a production process that respects natural resources.
