The De Buyer fluted mold for cakes and brioche is a steel mold with a high-quality non-stick coating. It is an ideal piece for easily and comfortably preparing delicious brioches, cakes, and flans.
Its flower shape will help you achieve the classic poor man's brioche topped with the traditional ball-shaped tip, although you can get great use out of it: besides brioche, you can prepare any type of cake, flans, and puddings in it, obtaining a beautiful and original result.
The De Buyer fluted mold for cakes and brioche is available in two sizes:
- 10 cm mold. Dimensions: 10 cm diameter x 4.5 cm height. Weight: 50 g.
- 22 cm mold. Dimensions: 22 cm diameter x 8.3 cm height. Weight: 240 g.
