• Extraordinary efficiency. Cooking with this pot allows for great energy savings, due to the rapid absorption, distribution and storage of heat . The absence of air inside the diffuser base allows for much faster, more even and efficient heating . Once the optimum cooking temperature has been reached, you can lower the heat to the minimum setting to cook, as the temperature is maintained. This also means lower energy consumption.
• The stainless steel lid features a condensation function and a tight seal . It fits perfectly, preventing heat loss. Its slightly concave design allows the internal steam that reaches the lid to drip onto the food , providing juicier and more tender finishes . The concavity in the centre of the lid is designed to place ice cubes and speed up and increase steam condensation , to achieve greater juiciness, flavour and aroma.
