• A highly efficient pan. Cooking with it means significant energy savings, thanks to the rapid absorption, distribution, and retention of heat. The absence of air within the diffuser base allows for much faster, more even, and more efficient heating. Once the optimal cooking temperature is reached, you can lower the heat to the minimum, as the temperature remains consistent, further reducing energy consumption.
