This convection oven has six cooking modes so you can cook like in a traditional oven or with convection, defrost, gratin, bake in a bain-marie and heat any dish you want to prepare. The 19 liter oven comes equipped with a baking tray and a reversible rack . The door has double glass and is hinged, so you can place it anywhere in the kitchen without having to open it.
