It is a griddle made of cast aluminium, which makes it extremely robust. It has a base thickness of 5.3 mm, which ensures a fantastic distribution of the temperature over the fire, and excellent retention of the same.

The non-stick coating is of the highest quality, incorporating a high-end triple layer. Nothing will stick and it will last a long time like new! (Treat it well, that is always).

The long side handles allow for easy handling, and it also has removable soft touch silicone handles that are very pleasant to the touch. You will need to remove these silicone handles to place the tray in the oven, and you will use them to handle the grill or take it directly to the table.
