The De Buyer tall round ring is a stainless steel pastry frame ideal for baking cakes, tarts, or quiches, and with which you can assemble your cold desserts with a professional finish. It is a slightly flexible circle, to easily and comfortably unmold and separate preparations.
Its smooth interior surface ensures perfect results. It is a professional mold with perfect alignment and without the slightest displacement in its welding, which guarantees maximum tightness of the ring, so nothing will escape from the sides when you assemble desserts or create impressive plating.
Besides being suitable for baking your bases and tarts in the oven, it is suitable for the fridge and freezer. And it has many virtues:
