Sturdy, with a simple design and excellent quality, the Lodge Cast Iron Loaf Pan is a rectangular pan in which you can bake breads, plumcakes, sponge cakes, terrines, or meat, fish or vegetable pies, with wonderful results. Made of cast iron , it guarantees excellent heat retention and uniform heating , resulting in perfect, even cooking of everything you bake. You'll see what a perfect crust your breads will have with it!

The mould has two handles that allow a secure grip and make it easy to handle, so you can take it from the oven to the table with ease. Its natural factory curing gives it a fantastic non-stick finish and allows for great baking, with a crispy and aromatic crust. And it is also an ideal mould for your cold desserts , from fruit jellies to panna cotta or fresh flans, perfect for surprising your guests.

Please note that the pan is made of iron and is made in one piece, so the handles get hot. With Lodge silicone handle protectors for saucepans , you can handle it safely and without burning yourself.

NOTE: Factory seasoning gives Lodge cast iron pieces a rustic finish with some imperfections, such as a brown mark on the rim, handle or grip. Don't worry! These are small spots where the oil has not soaked into the iron, but your piece is safe to use. This is not a defect or rust and will disappear with regular use and care.

Para no dejar de experimentar recetas nuevas

El molde es fantástico. Ya conocía la marca pues tengo muchas sartenes, algún cazo y una olla Logde (la tapa de la olla se usa también como sartén). Así que estaba claro que la marca no podía defraudarme. Además es para siempre. El tamaño es ideal, si fuera más grande sería un peligro para mi dieta, así lo puedo considerar un "consumo moderado". Suelo hacer varios panes diferentes (dulces y salados), rebanarlos y congelarlos por rodajas. Y así cada mañana descongelo en la tostadora el que más me apetece. No puedo estar más contenta con este molde (que conocí gracias a Claudia & Julia). GRACIASSSSSSS
