The Lodge Silicone Hot Handle Protector is the perfect accessory for safe and comfortable handling of your Lodge cast iron skillets, pans, crepe makers and saucepans. This high-quality silicone cover is heat resistant up to 500°F (260°C) . Designed to fit Lodge cookware handles, it will protect your hands from the heat of cast iron, so you can safely hold your pan without burning yourself when carrying it from the stovetop to the oven, or from the oven to the table.
The protective cover provides a secure, ergonomic grip . It is designed to snap on easily once cooking is complete. It is not suitable for use while cooking on the stovetop, nor is it suitable for use in the oven or over open flames in a campfire or fireplace.
