Me encanta la sartén pero cuando hago 4 tortillas me quema el mango.
Es cierto que me costó dar el paso a cocinar en ellas porque temía hacer alguna cosa mal. Una semana después de tenerlas en casa y admirarlas cada día me decidí ya que tenía tiempo a cocinar en ellas. La verdad es que fue mucho más fácil de lo que pensaba. Pues no tuve problema ninguno ni en cocinar, ni en encontrar el fuego adecuado mientras leía una y otra vez la guía para no hacer nada mal. La comida salió deliciosa.
En cuanto a la limpieza la verdad es que me sigue dando miedo porque a la segunda vez que lavé sin jabón y sin apretar con la esponja como que la pátina negra se volvió de color un tanto grisacea. Con el miedo de que se oxidara, le unté un poco de aceite y retiré el exceso.
Tengo ganas de que se forme su propia pátina (o como se diga) para ir consiguiendo su antiaderente natural.
De momento, le doy muy buena puntuación.
Me compré la pequeña y me encanta. Estoy contenta porque es fácil de manejar y sobretodo va a contribuir para que no tenga que cambiar de sartenes porque se estropean.
