The Le Creuset Non-stick Sauté is a high-sided pan, ideal for cooking delicate foods at low temperatures. Thanks to its shape, it is truly versatile, as you can use it as a frying pan or as a low casserole or Dutch oven on any heat source, and even in the oven!
Its high, straight sides make it perfect for cooking recipes with sauces or more liquid without the risk of spilling. You can also make high omelettes without worrying about sticking, sauté vegetables with ease... or even bake a cake or quiche in the oven! It’s an extremely versatile pan.
In addition to its ample capacity and elegant yet practical design, it has many other virtues that make it perfect for daily use:
- Made of forged aluminum treated specifically for a durable finish and excellent cooking results.
- Incorporates a reinforced non-stick surface (PFOA-free) that prevents food from sticking even when using very little oil.
- Features a very robust and ergonomic design thanks to its handle made of stainless steel with stainless steel rivets, fully safe for contact with food.
- It is compatible with all heat sources, including induction, due to the stainless steel disc encapsulated at the base of the pan.

NOTE: its strong coating ensures that its non-stick properties last for many years, but it’s important not to use metal utensils to avoid scratching and to gradually heat the pan.
