This knife is specially designed for peeling fruit and vegetables. The very sharp, curved, beak-shaped blade is ideal for cutting fruit and vegetables and removing unwanted parts with the pick. Moreover, thanks to its thin blade, you can peel the fruit removing only the thin skin, taking advantage of all the pulp. And by easily turning it over you can also use the rough side to clean mushrooms and vegetables by scraping them, without removing the skin, in order to preserve the vitamins as much as possible.
