How to use the Ceramill WMF Electric Grinder

With the Ceramill WMF Electric Grinder, grinding your spices is super easy. You only need one hand and to press a button. Its ceramic mechanism is very durable and grinds any spice you put in it precisely. It’s that simple:

1. Fill the transparent container with the spice of your choice (whole peppercorns, cardamom or cumin seeds, mustard...). You don’t need to fill it completely; filling it about 3/4 full is more than enough. Then, close it tightly.
2. Adjust the grind coarseness to your liking with the wheel at the base. You can make it finer or coarser depending on what you are preparing.
3. Now just hold the grinder with one hand and press the button on the top. And that’s it!
4. While grinding, an LED light automatically turns on to help you see clearly what you are seasoning, ideal if you are cooking in a tall pot or in low light.
