Both the 18 cm saucepan and the matching lid are made of polished 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel , resulting in a modern, elegant and practical finish.

It has a large capacity, 1.8 liters , which gives it great functionality, since it is not only ideal for heating water, milk or broth, but also allows you to use it to cook creams and sauces, or stews for two or three people. It is an excellent assistant in your pastry recipes: whether to prepare caramel, cook a pastry cream or cook the dough for fritters. Without forgetting that, as it is completely made of stainless steel, you can also use it in the oven .

It is equipped with a cool touch handle , for comfortable and safe handling, and has an internal measuring scale , which makes it easy to fill and measure ingredients. The practical pouring rim ensures easier, drip-free pouring. Prioritizing performance and safety, the robust stainless steel lid features an integrated vent for controlled steam release.
