The Pallarès bread knife is handcrafted, with a stainless steel blade and a beautiful mother-of-pearl handle. It has a blade length of 20cm.

A very practical and beautiful knife that will always look like new.

Since I was little, I remember seeing Pallarès pocket knives and knives at home. My father used the pocket knives in the garden, and I remember my grandfather always carried one in his pocket. When I started helping my mother in the kitchen, I discovered that she also used Pallarès knives for almost everything. Beautiful wooden knives that she still uses and cares for with great affection today.

The history of Pallarès Solsona

Pallarès is a Spanish, family-owned company that has been handcrafting knives since 1917.

It was founded in Solsona by the Pallarès brothers and is currently run by the third generation of the family. Pallarès knives are known for their traditional craftsmanship, the quality of the materials used, and their excellent cutting ability, as each knife is made and sharpened by hand by master craftsmen.

Their kitchen knives are appreciated worldwide as a symbol of functional knives, with their own character and beautiful design.

Perfecto y muy bonito

Estéticamente me encanta y por ahora corta muy bien. Me gustaría que fuese un poco más largo pero no se puede pedir todo. Ojo, al meterlo en el lavaplatos apareció un poco de óxido en las letras grabadas. Mejor lavarlo a mano.

El cuchillo es muy bonito. Está bien afilado y corta bien. Pero la foma que tiene la sierra, hace que el corte siempre se desvíe. Todas la rebanadas salen más gruesas arriba y más finas abajo.

Cuchillo para pan Pallarés.

Un cuchillo excepcional. Es robusto, el mango tiene un tacto suave y es firme, muy bonito, el nácar le da un aspecto elegante y sobrio. Me ha encantado. Las rebanadas de pan se cortan con facilidad, sin romper ni aplastar la hogaza. Todo un acierto.
